Hi! I’m Erica (they/them) a Brooklyn based interdisciplinary designer, art director, consultant, advisor, and creative alchemist who thrives in working with brilliant makers to shape distinctly rich visual narratives and foster curious growth.

With 10+ years experience as a conceptual leader, energy dealer, and champion of craft, I’m passionate about courageous collaboration and loving the process to catalyze creative electricity. I approach creative direction and advising (and soon 1:1 coaching!) with curiosity, zest, and empathy.

Creative DirectionI specialize in leading teams to make arresting campaign work for bold brands. I love collaborating with talent across disciplines, including film, photography, animation, illustration, and design. I’ve worked with in-house and agency teams spanning tech, media, sports, fashion, and culture. Coming in early at the concepting stage and seeing a project through produced completion is my preferred engagement.
