Hi ~ I’m Erica.

I help brilliant weirdos make cool things, ask better questions, and reconnect with what lights them up. My practice blends writing, art direction, design, coaching, teaching, and building strange little worlds. For over a decade I’ve led big, bold work across culture and tech as a conceptual leader, energy dealer, and champion of craft.

These days, I’m also building Skypunch— a project dreaming up offbeat escapes for creative minds, and a space to get lost on purpose. It’s where I explore how inspiration happens outside of hustle culture and traditional learning—a space for creative renewal rooted in curiosity, wonder, and quiet.

I’m driven by the transformative magic of making, collaboration, and discovery— and by the elusive ways inspiration takes shape. Sometimes I write about these curiosities on my Substack.
